Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: $800 $1095 per week
Job Description: We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional support and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Provide product information and technical assistance to customers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve service processes.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
