The Role: Founding GTM

Were looking for a sharp ambitious gotomarket leader to join as one of our first business hires. Youll help shape how Hexus goes from early traction to a breakout brand defining our sales motion talking to customers daily and building the growth engine from the ground up.

Youll work directly with the CEO and founding team across sales growth customer success and revenue strategy. This is a highimpact highautonomy role perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity wants to learn fast and is ready to build.

What youll do

  • Own parts of the sales and customer journey from outreach to onboarding

  • Talk to customers every week understand what they need and help them succeed

  • Experiment with outbound content and partnerled growth

  • Shape positioning messaging and early revenue playbooks

  • Influence product direction based on market feedback

  • Build the foundation for a scalable repeatable gotomarket engine

You might be a fit if you...

  • Have experience (or serious interest) in earlystage SaaS AI or growth

  • Are an exceptional communicator clear thoughtful persuasive

  • Are comfortable selling to both product teams and business stakeholders

  • Are curious analytical and energized by talking to users

  • Are a builder you dont just spot problems you ship solutions

  • Want to work in person with a fastmoving ambitious team in SF

Nice to haves (not required):

  • Background in sales partnerships growth customer success or GTM strategy

  • Familiarity with modern Sales and CS tools

  • Interest in design UX and storytelling as a differentiator
