The University of Tennessee Foundation Inc (UTFI) invites applications and nominations to fill the position of Financial Analyst. Reporting to the Senior Director of Accounting and Controller the Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting in providing fiduciary oversight to the University of Tennessee Foundation.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operations & Stakeholder Support: Daily interaction and communication with colleagues and staff members across the UTFI enterprise to provide clear and concise information regarding Business Office policies practices and procedures. In conjunction with the Senior Financial Analyst and Assistant Manager this role will monitor the business office email inbox.
Procurement Cards: Entry of systemwide procurement card statements into Oracle ERP including review and assignment to GL accounts.
Accounts Payable: Receipt of invoices and expenses including review for fiscal policy compliance and accurate entry into Oracle ERP.
Travel Reimbursements: Provide support for expense auditing as needed to avoid duplication of reimbursements and ensure employee compliance with fiscal policy.
