Job Title

Financial Analyst - Strategic Investments

Job Description Summary

The Financial Analyst will support the recruiting and retention underwriting function a key part of strategic investments in brokerage talent. This role combines detailed financial analysis deal tracking and data management to ensure effective underwriting and decision-making. The analyst will work closely with the Director of Underwriting and team managers to support pipeline management revenue verification and financial modeling.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain key metrics for all closed recruiting and retention deals across the Americas region.
  • Conduct revenue verification for deals by analyzing historical production data.
  • Assist team managers with financial modeling and valuation for prospective broker incentive packages.
  • Draft underwriting summaries and support deal presentations and approvals.
  • Maintain internal tracking tools and reports for active pending and historical deal activity.
  • Perform market and competitive research to support broader recruiting strategy.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine underwriting tools processes and best practices.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and support strategic planning initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics Real Estate or related field
  • 13 years of experience in financial analysis/modeling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or financial modeling software preferred
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive approach.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $68000.00 - $80000.00
