Expectation
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Growth Manager / Deputy Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth initiatives and contribute to the companys success.
Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement growth strategies that drive user acquisition engagement retention and revenue
growth. UI/UX: Improvement of user journeys to optimize conversion & revenue
Campaigns: Plan execute and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns including digital social media email and more.
Data Analysis: Use data analytics to track and measure campaign performance identify trends and make datadriven
decisions. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry
trends. Customer Segmentation: Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts and improve targeting.
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product sales and customer service to ensure alignment and drive growth initiatives.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on growth metrics campaign performance and overall marketing effectiveness.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data sets identify patterns and make datadriven decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and build strong relationships

Experience: 35 years of experience in growth marketing with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement
Qualification: Masters or Equivalent
Technical Skills: Basic Knowledge of SQL basic knowledge of data analytics strong command of Excel
Preferred Industry: Online Travel Agent Hotel Ecommerce fintech
