Key Responsibilities:
Travel Planning and Booking:
Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for employees or clients including flights hotels and transportation.
Coordinate with airlines hotels and other service providers to ensure smooth travel.
Negotiate rates with vendors to secure the best deals.
Handle last-minute changes or emergencies efficiently.
Customer Service and Support:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing travel-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Offer travel advice and recommendations to clients.
Ensure travel documentation and expense records are maintained accurately.
Compliance and Analysis:
Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and procedures.
