Job Description
Title: Summer Learning Site Supervisor CHS Summer Credit Recovery/Academic Support Program (Internal Only) (Summer 2025
*Position can be split
GENERAL DUTIES:
The Summer Site Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Planning and collaborating with administration and staff for all aspects related to the
creation and implementation of a summer program
- Taking part in the hiring process
- Communication/collaboration with applicable staff and stakeholders including but not
limited to nursing technology payroll custodial staff etc
- Oversight of student recruitment and family outreach
- Oversight of all staff to ensure requirements are met
- Scheduling and logistics
- Supporting summer staff with planning and operations day to day issues and overseeing
- Tracking and collection of student data (participation attendance achievement) and working with guidance department to ensure all data is shared upon program completion
- Grant requirement compliance if applicable
QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will be current administrator or teacher in the grades
listed above who is passionate about leading this work. Knowledge of Edgenuity preferred
Compensation: $6000 Stipend
Dates/Time: Summer school work and planning includes but is not limited to the summer school schedule which is:
Summer School will run from June 30thJuly 24th. Supervisors days will be 7:45:00AM12:30PM
- Week 1 Monday June 30th Thursday July 3rd 4 Day week)
- Week 2 Monday July 7th Thursday July 10th 4 Day week)
- Week 3 Monday July 14th Thursday July 17th 4 Day Week)
- Week 4 Monday July 21st Thursday July 24th 4 Day Week)
