Job Summary:
At MBK our Recruiting Coordinators play a vital role in building our team and supporting our mission to create exceptional experiences for our candidates hiring managers and cross functional teams.
As a Recruiting Coordinator youll be involved in the hiring process from start to finish helping to find and attract talented individuals who align with our values. Youll work closely with the Business Office Manager Community Leaders and our Talent Acquisition Team to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

The role would be a hybrid working dynamic with 4 days a week in our Irvine office and Fridays remote.
Essential Job Duties:
Coordinate the Hiring Process: Manage all aspects of candidate coordination including scheduling interviews across departments generating hiring reports providing system support for candidates and managers arranging candidate travel handling lastminute changes and creating offer letters. Your goal is to provide a smooth and positive experience for every candidate and internal customer. Build strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers collaborating to meet each communitys staffing needs in a timely and effective manner.
