By taking up a role as a Business Development Manager you will play an essential role in developing our most important accounts and increasing our client base within the transportation sectors.
Lanes design and build deliver services within the Rail and Construction sectors and are an integral partner to Lanes Group across its multi sector client base.

This dynamic development management role comes with a significant amount of responsibility heading up development of our key accounts creating new opportunities through long established working relationships.
Main Duties:
To develop relationships and opportunities directly within Rail and Construction sectors with Network Rail Tier 1 Contractors and Design Consultants. The focus will be to develop long term frameworks packages of works and individual orders that will be delivered through the Lanes contracting business. Areas for growth will be focussed from both existing and new clients.

Desirable Qualities:
Experience of design and build construction with an appreciation of operating within the rail sector is desirable. Work types include but are not limited to civil engineering Pway earthworks SuDS and drainage.
Due to the changing nature of our business the role will inevitably evolve as the business expands the candidate will be expected to take on additional duties as required by the management.
