Job Description
Location:
2727 N Central Ave Phoenix Arizona 85004 United States of AmericaUBox is seeking careerminded individuals to contribute to the continuous growth development and success of the UBox Program as a UBox Field Support Analyst. Under the direction of the UBoxOperations Manager our department works closely with system members in the field to ensure that day to day UBox transactions apps and business rules are working optimally. Our team of analysts will also identify operational trends that are in need of improvement or in need of bug fixes. This position is for individuals who are highly self motivated and can work independently during times of high volume inbound calls and chat intake.
This position requires availability:
In office (non remote)Out of state applicants will only be considered if a relocation date is confirmed
Friday through Tuesday orThursday through Monday(Internal applicants can be considered for Mon Fri based on tenure and work history/experience)
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Answering phone calls from the field including center personnel and UBox delivery drivers.
Responding to real time chats for live support.
Opening and responding to incident emails received through our Incident Management Tool.
Creating incident tickets using our Incident Management Tool to document research and resolve every point of contact made with the field.
Requirements:
Strong written and oral communication
Proficient with computers and common office apps (MS Edge Google Chrome MS Office etc)
Good Customer Service
Has the ability to problem solve and think critically
Ability to multitask as well as switch focus between tasks without disruption
Must be able to work in a high volume/high workload environment
Ability to work independently as well as in a team based environment
Preferred but not required:
2 years of UHaul experience
1 years of experience with UBox and the UBox program
10 to 12 months of previous office experience
