The Benefits Specialist will work closely with the Benefits Manager in the daytoday administration of Coopers benefits program. The Benefits Specialist must have effective interpersonal communication critical thinking and analytical skills with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to manage priorities and multiple projects within required timelines. He/she will take ownership of Health & Welfare (ongoing and open enrollment wellness initiatives COBRA vendor management) and Retirement (annual funding annual audits) and Healthcare Reform related projects (ACA Reporting) and be successful in driving those projects as well as handling daily administrative tasks.
2 to 4 years Benefits experience.
Other qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required Bachelors degree preferred.
