JOB SUMMARY
The Field Manager is responsible for managing onsite installations of ceramic tile LVT wood carpet and any other scopes under contract. Managing installations requires a combination of organization paperwork and communication with customer Superintendents AWC Project Managers and installation subcontractors. The Superintendent is required to prewalk jobsites to ensure conditions are ready for installation and know how to react when conditions are not so. The Superintendent will also continuously oversee installation methods to ensure quality and that proper installation methods are being adhered to. This requires a working knowledge of installations methods as defined by industry standards. The Field Manger will serve as the direct onsite liaison as a representative of Malibu Floors and is required to clearly communicate to both the customer and the installers on behalf of the organization.
