About the Role
The Managing Director will provide inspired leadership and strategic direction ensuring operational excellence financial efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Leadership & Growth: Develop and implement longterm business strategies set performance goals and drive geographic expansion.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee food production event planning logistics and quality control while ensuring financial sustainability.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets financial reporting and profitability while mitigating financial risks.
- Sales & Customer Relations: Drive revenue growth cultivate corporate and recurring clients and implement a strong CRM strategy.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations food safety and legal standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience in food operations catering or hospitality (annual sales of $10 M preferred).
- Financial acumen with expertise in budgeting cost control and reporting.
- Strong skills in team leadership customer service and business development.
- Highly organized detailoriented and proactive problemsolver.
