Job title: Account Executive (Sales) Transportation Industry
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition:
oIdentify and engage potential clients in target industries such as ecommerce retail manufacturing and distribution.
oConduct prospecting calls personalized outreach and inperson client meetings.
Account Management:
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
oConduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional services.
Sales Strategy :
oDevelop tailored logistics solutions that address customer pain points and operational challenges.
oCollaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Performance Tracking:
oMeet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
oMaintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Who You Are:
Sales Professional: Proven experience in B2B sales ideally in transportation logistics or a related industry.
CustomerFocused: Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach to solving customer needs.
GoalOriented: Motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
Organized: Ability to manage multiple accounts track sales activities and maintain detailed records.
TechSavvy: Proficiency in CRM systems Microsoft Office Suite and digital sales tools.
Knowledgeable: Familiarity with logistics services including LTL freight Last Mile delivery and crossdocking is a strong asset.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business Sales or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management.
Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle for client visits.
