Schedule: MondayFriday Saturdays as needed 8 AM 5 PM or 9 AM 6 PM
Compensation: Weekly Pay $22.50/hour Monthly Bonus & Overtime

Position Summary:
Were looking for an energetic and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our branch team! In this onsite role youll be the face of our staffing operationsconnecting job seekers with great opportunities supporting daily recruitment functions and creating a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with local clients and job seekers acting as the primary contact for staffing needs job placements and ongoing support.
Welcome walkin candidates and job applicants conduct interviews and guide them through the hiring process from application to placement.
Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience by managing new hire paperwork coordinating background checks and preparing candidates for their first day.
Keep operations running efficiently by maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) generating reports and assisting with general branch tasks.
Review resumes conduct interviews and assess candidate skills to ensure the best match between applicants and open positions.
Partner with recruiters and branch leadership to plan staffing strategies meet hiring goals and ensure toptier client satisfaction.
Assist with job postings career fairs and other recruitment initiatives to expand the local talent pool.
Monitor candidate performance and check in with clients to ensure successful placements and identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay informed on local job market trends and help anticipate future staffing needs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field preferred
12 years of experience in staffing recruiting HR or administrative support (staffing agency experience is a plus)
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Comfortable conducting inperson and phone interviews with strong attention to detail and followthrough
A proactive solutionoriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a tea
