Job Description

Access Intelligence a tech innovator delivering high quality SaaS products that address the fundamental business needs of clients in the marketing and communications industries. We combine AI technologies with human expertise to analyse data and create insights to understand what has impact on an organisation and their key audiences from customers to stakeholders politicians to influencers and the media.

Isentia Client Solutions Executive are the key point of contact for our most important clients. They are media and political savy and provide a high level of proactive and strategic client support. CSEs are part of Isentias commercial team and play a key role in achieving financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in retaining and developing the significant clients within the portfolio delivering insight advice and industry intelligence to help them achieve their communications objectives.
  • Identify major issues of the day (through leading radio TV & press sources) and contact clients to better unerstand the impact of the issues.
  • Monitor live news which is breaking on social media channels broadcast and online news to ensure the media agenda is known at all times.
  • Contribute to individual & team revenue KPIs and targets by identifying opportunities to sell valueadded services to portfolio clients
  • Create maintain and update client briefs as required.

    Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications preferred but not essential (Media Communications or Business)
  • Strong client relationship management experience gained in a commercial/sales environment
    • Ideally youll come from a PR Media or Communications background
    • You should be selfmotivated and resultsdriven
    • Youll be digital/social media savvy with a strong interest in the news & current affairs.
