Job Description

VPG is seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative who is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with existing customers generating sales quotations and qualifying leads.


This position will:

Manage existing customer relationships expand product/application sales and achieve yearoveryear revenue growth.

Generate and manage accurate sales quotations conduct contract reviews and support order processing.

Qualify leads create new sales opportunities and transfer qualified leads to external sales.

Maintain strong customer relationships provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.

Collaborate with internal teams communicate product/sales information and maintain accurate customer data in CRM/QAD.

Achieve increased quotation conversion rates and generate sales opportunities through proactive sales activities.

Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements :

1 2 years of experience in a similar technical inside sales support or telemarketing role within a B2B manufacturing or distribution environment.

Preferred knowledge of Strain Gage Technology and Data Acquisition Systems

Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and verbal for effective interaction via telephone email and occasional facetoface meetings.

Possesses aboveaverage numeracy literacy and IT skills with particular proficiency in MS Office especially Excel.

Proven ability to work effectively as a team player prioritize tasks and maintain excellent attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to embrace new challenges and thrive in a demanding environment.
