Profile Requirements:

• Draftsperson or similar role in the property development or construction industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software like ArchiCAD Revit AutoCad
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail in drafting and interpreting technical drawings.
• Knowledge of building codes regulations and construction methods.
• Experience in the Australian construction industry preferable in Western Australia (good to have not mandatory)

Core responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create detailed technical drawings blueprints and plans using CAD software.
• Ensure that all drawings are accurate complete and adhere to project specifications and standards.
• Incorporate design changes and modifications as directed by project managers or architects.
• Review and revise drawings to correct any deficiencies or discrepancies.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
