Join ASX listed company Korvest Ltd and kickstart your career as an Engineering Draftspersonat our head office in Kilburn South Australia.
Korvest Ltd is the parent company of Korvest Galvanising and EzyStrut. Korvest Galvanising processes structural steel & components for both internal and external customers. EzyStrut is the market leader in cable and pipe support systems throughout Australia.
This full-time position offers an annual salary of $65000 overtime annual bonus and superannuation per annum.
Scope of the Role:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Draftsperson to join our team. This position will assist the Engineering department in a variety of duties including:
- Drafting designs using SolidWorks
- Working closely with engineers and other professionals to understand requirements
- Ensure drawings meet industry standards safety codes and regulations
- Managing and organising technical documents including drawings as new requirements or revisions are identified
- Playing a key role in turning conceptual designs into usable plans for manufacturing
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Certificate III Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related experience in a similar role
- Foundation knowledge and understanding of drafting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and willingness to learn
