Job Description
Designer Operating under detailed instructions and review the purpose of this position is to provide the essential technical knowledge and perform the work listed. This role is responsible for promoting Biogas Engineerings competitiveness within the global marketplace by delivering quality services of unmatched value and technical competence. This position aims to work on various 2D drawings using AutoCAD under the supervision of a Process Engineer or Lead Engineer on a project.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD / AutoCAD Plant 3D software.
Develop and update P&ID drawings based on project specifications and engineering data.
Prepare Block Flow Diagram (BFD) Process Flow Diagram (PFD) Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) Utility Drawings for Generation & Distribution As-Built Drawing Nozzle Orientation & Data Sheet Equipment List Line List Valve List etc.
Prepare the control loops Skids and the interconnectivity of different systems.
Interpret and incorporate changes from engineering sketches redlines and markups into P&ID drawings.
Collaborate with engineers project managers and other designers to ensure accurate and timely completion of P&ID drawings.
Effective communication with engineers and design teams to clarify design intent.
Organize and maintain drawing files and project documentation.
Coordinate with other drafters and team members to ensure consistency in drawings.
Conduct quality checks to ensure drawings meet industry standards.
Meet project deadlines and timelines for drawing submissions.
Assist in the development and maintenance of P&ID drafting standards and best practices.
