Job Description

Overview
An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced HR Manager to lead and build the human resources function for a new business launching as a spinoff from a globally recognized manufacturer. This role is ideal for a handson HR professional who thrives in startup environments and is ready to design and implement HR systems from the ground up.

The selected candidate will begin with a 30day training program at the affiliated organization before transitioning to the new entity in Anaheim CA.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies procedures and compliance frameworks specific to California labor laws
Lead fullcycle recruitment employee onboarding and training initiatives
Manage payroll benefits administration and employee relations
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all HRrelated matters
Foster a strong inclusive and multicultural workplace culture
Support organizational growth through strategic HR planning and



Requirements

Qualifications
4 years of progressive HR experience with strong knowledge of California employment regulations
Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) is required
Multicultural or international work experience is highly preferred
Proven ability to work independently and establish HR functions in a startup or highgrowth environment
Strong interpersonal problemsolving and project management skills
Prior experience in setting up HR operations for a new business is a plus
