Support Analyst
Department: Information Technology
Reporting Structure: Reports to Support Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Support Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology department. The Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to endusers troubleshooting software and hardware issues and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
Major Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve technical support tickets in a timely manner
- Provide assistance to endusers via phone email or in person
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Install configure and maintain IT systems and software
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
