Our Law Firm The Ward Law Group is currently hiring VIRTUAL QUALITY ANALYST with legal background.
The Quality Analyst is responsible for monitoring and evaluating operational performance ensuring the quality of both the process and output of the settlements reductions and case management activities. This individual will analyze data compile reports audit cases and make datadriven recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Schedule availability is required 40 hours per week 2 days off Based on schedule need you might have to work 1 day of the weekend with in the same 40 hours).
Quality Analyst responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
Team Leadership and Management:
- Compile weekly recaps of POD leader commitments and actual numbers for settlements and reductions.
- Perform monthly and quarterly indepth team analysis including settlements cases closed and case management activities.
- Manage the creation and updating of SOPs and Synthesia videos within set deadlines. Oversee new hire training programs and monitor ongoing training initiatives.
- Participate in weekly team lead meetings and compile relevant data.
- Monitor negotiations and case progress including settlements demands sent cases settled and case status updates.
- Audit reductions and senior case manager cases to ensure compliance and efficiency. Collaborate with IT and Litify to create and maintain a Quality Analyst dashboard on Litify.
- Analyze team numbers and report deviations from targets.
- Verify daily activities and ensure client communication is conducted regularly.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
- Undertake miscellaneous projects as needed to support operational excellence.

Team and Productivity Oversight:
- Oversee the teams productivity.
- Keep track of projection commitment and endofmonth results.
- Set yearly productivity projections.
- Attend weekly Team Huddles
- Manage important tasks assigned by the Manager.
Audits and Quality Control:
- Conduct case audits.
- Conduct spot checks
Feedback and Development:
- Conduct feedback sessions with the team.
Performance Management:
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for team and individual performance.
Quality Control:
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of case files and documentation.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance measures.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on case status productivity and performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for operational enhancement.
Salary: Starting at USD $1200 $1500 per month (compensated based on experience and skill set)
Qualifications :
Quality Analyst Job Qualifications and Required Skills:
- Must speak English and Spanish fluently
- A Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree is preferred but not required.
