The Manager Warehouse Operations is a handson position requiring excellent technical organizational and communication skills. This position is responsible for the supervision coordination and of warehouse related deliverables including all shipping/receiving services to support our expanding customer base. Further a focus on the development of the Warehouse Team in terms of process organization training reporting and coordination with our various internal and external stakeholders.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible to supervise and manage the planning and control of the functions supporting the complete cycle (flow) of materials and associated flow of information. These functions include shipping and receiving inventory control distribution logistics and disposal.
- Oversee the Warehouse Team to ensure deliverables are met as well as directly support in the areas of:
- Goods receipt to the warehouse
- Inventory management (receive material and maintain organized stock)
- Picking and packing activities.
- Inbound and departing shipments
- Tool cage management
- Support of testing prototyping and other activities in the warehouse
- Coordinates with other teams testing and assembly activities.
- Ensures warehouse is always clean and safe and equipment and supplies are maintained.
- Works with accounting team during audits to perform inventory of stock room.
- Provide forklift and scissor lift training for BEUMER employees.

Requirements Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a materials management operations inventory control or logistics role.
- Willingness to work in a global team of professionals
- Ability to utilize resources effectively to generate solutions and take initiative when resolving problems.
- Ability to develop and manage supplier relationships.
- MS Office proficiency
- Ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
- Excellence in time management; attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
- Excellence in communication (both verbal and written)
- Excellence in handling multiple tasks and works well under pressure sense of both urgency and thoroughness.
- Professional positive and energetic attitude.
- Will be required to perform other duties not listed above which may vary from time to time as determined by the Company to meet company needs.
