This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our brand goals overseeing campaign analyzing performance data and adjusting tactics as needed to maximize results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various marketing channels including digital pr ecommerce and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
PR
Develop comprehensive PR strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives.
Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of PR campaigns; analyze review and report on effectiveness to maximize results.
Identify trends in digital marketing and adapt strategies to best serve the interests of the company while keeping an eye on ROI.
Responsible for all (Ecom Etail and B&M) digital and print assets for Benefit Indonesia.
Plan and work on collaboration opportunities with likeminded brands or partners to develop PR/digital campaigns to drive sales and SOV.
Responsible for managing allotted budget for public events KOL investments and PR related expenses.
Digital
Work with Marketing Manager on digital and social strategies drive digital and social initiatives drive online brand awareness & visibility.
Ensure all digital initiatives help achieve and attain Marcomm KPI and goals and driver sales conversion.
of digital ad buy for Facebook & Tiktok via Ads Manager platform.
Monitor and manage Google My Business platform: replying to reviews update store information collating monthly reviews recap and identifying top services doors.
Compile marketing reports which include post event recaps and campaign launch analysis in the PR & Digital aspect
Responsible for managing the usage of digital advertisement investments.
Trade Marketing
Support in the of all local trade marketing activations consumer workshops and events (Etail Department Store and Boutique).
Source for potential partnership with external stakeholders to drive recruitment and sales conversion in conjunction with the global and regional strategy brand values business needs and guidelines.
Ecommerce / Etail
Grow brand visibility on our eretailers website team (Sephora Lazada & Zalora) by shaping star product launch plans with retailers monitor brand presence and visibility on site and social media and increase brand reach on retailers digital channels.
Identify KOLs to push for mega Etail campaigns and livestreams (Lazlive/FB Live Selling) if needed.
Work with SEA Ecomm team / Marketing Manager for creation of digital assets for mega campaigns.
Visual Merchandise
Ensuring that regional VM guidelines and directions are being followed and managed.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in communications/marketing or related field; masters degree preferred.
A minimum of 35 years experience in marketing role specifically in public relations or digital marketing.
Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts strategy and best practices.
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
