Your career
You will be responsible for presales work proposing the latest SOC platform (Cortex products) to enterprise customers.
Your influence
- You will be a sales engineer in charge of cybersecurity services for the Cortex product group which is the core of cybersecurity (XDR providing EPP EDR NDR etc. improving security operations using SOAR SIEM for early detection of cyber attacks and internal fraud threats attack surface management etc..
- When introducing products and services conducting demos and conducting PoC verification of the Cortex product group you will present the technical advantages of our cybersecurity products and provide various technical support.
- You will provide technical consulting to guide customers to appropriate cybersecurity measures according to their industry.
- You will perform sales enablement activities such as product training for existing customers new customers inhouse account sales/SE departments marketing departments and partners.
- You will act as an interface between the sales team and technical support to resolve customers technical issues.
- You will perform promotional activities such as webinars and product demonstrations at events hosted by our company and in collaboration with partners.

Qualifications :
Your experience
Required conditions
Experience in making proposals as a presales engineer (customer analysis problem proposals product/service proposals)
Understanding and experience in customer cybersecurity measures (presales experience in cybersecurity measures for endpoints networks and clouds)
Japanese: Fluent or native level
Want conditions
Experience in endpoint security (EPP EDR)
Experience in network security (IPS/IDS NDR ZTNA)
Experience in cloud security (AWS GCP Azure CSPM CWPP)
Experience in SIEM SOAR
Knowledge and experience in SOC (security operations center) operations
Experience in security services such as vulnerability diagnosis services
Knowledge of malware exploits sandboxes scripts (Python/OS) cloud/virtualization environments
English: Businesslevel email correspondence conversational skills at a daily conversation level
Desired personality
Someone who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a sense of speed
