Job Description
As a Functional Consultant Undergraduate Trainee in Finance you will work alongside experienced ERP professionals to understand how IFS supports financial operations like accounting budgeting reporting and compliance. You will assist in the configuration and deployment of finance modules while developing a strong foundation in enterprise financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Gain knowledge of IFS Financial modules (General Ledger Accounts Payable/Receivable Fixed Assets).
Assist in documenting client financial processes and mapping them to IFS features.
Support in data validation reconciliation and financial reporting activities.
Participate in testing financial transactions and configurations.
Help prepare training materials and support user adoption activities.
Develop an understanding of ERP implementation frameworks and tools used (e.g. SNOW JIRA).
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or IT.
Interest in financial systems and ERP solutions.
Strong numerical and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; basic understanding of financial concepts.
Fluent in English and local language preferred.
