Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Management Trainee Marketing to join our dynamic team in Bangkok Thailand. A comprehensive twoyear initiative providing handson experience and rotational exposure across various departments within our marketing division. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain indepth knowledge of marketing practices and operations at Minor Food with a focus on developing future marketing leaders within our organization.

  • Accountable to the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Manage and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful creation and optimization of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and interpret market trends and consumer behavior using insights to foster strategic marketing decisions.
  • Drive the creation and management of content for social media platforms ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
  • Drive the development of marketing materials and presentations aligning them with overall campaign objectives.
  • Plan organize and execute marketing events and promotions ensuring they meet brand objectives and deliver results.
  • Develop market research efforts and data analysis to identify key opportunities and guide strategy.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach.
  • Proven experience in managing endtoend project management from planning to ensuring successful marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly adaptable in diverse fastpaced environments with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Expertise in staying ahead of marketing trends emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovative strategies.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Passionate about Marketing and the food industry.
