Job Description
- Assist with installation maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware printers and network devices.
Provide basic technical support to users (simple hardware/software troubleshooting).
Handle daytoday IT service requests such as password resets network connectivity issues etc.
Perform basic documentation related to maintenance and support activities.
Support IT asset inventory processes (labeling checking etc..
Coordinate with the IT team for issue reporting and resolution
Qualifications :
Good command of PL/SQL query language (Laragon Phyton PHP)
Good knowledge of programming algorithms/logic.
Able to create Packages/procedures in PL/SQL as an added value.
Have knowledge of creating reports from Power BI as an added value.
Know business Process Applications Axapta Microsoft 365 helpdesk ticketing.
Know managing network systems and hardware troubleshooting
