In this role you will be working as a Finance Administrator for a client that is in the fashion industry. This position is responsible for overseeing financial transactions general ledger entries customer and supplier invoices communicate with suppliers and manage monthend financial reporting.
This position is a temp to possible perm role that must be performed onsite. My client is looking for someone to start part time Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 PM (ideally).
The pay on this position is $35.00 to $45.00 an hour based on experience.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of experience with accounting or bookkeeping
- QuickBooks experience
- MS Office experience
- Ability to produce financial reports
- Experience with helping obtain and transfer M&A business licenses
- Experience with supply orders
- Audit experience
- Ability to manage monthend financial reporting
- Ensure office expense pay outs (rent utilities ect)
- Ability to do business expense reporting
