The Technology Business Office (TBO) is a strategic hub driving operational excellence and serviceoriented architecture across wireless and wireline networks. In this role youll shape impactful capital strategies define futureready technology roadmaps and craft seamless service architectures. Your expertise in program management and service analytics will ensure the timely delivery of key initiatives while uncovering insights to boost service performance. As a customer experience champion youll collaborate with Product and DevOps teams to align goals and implement strategies that truly enhance our customers experience.
