About the Role

We are currently looking forskilled Product Support Advisorsto join our team in Perth

Reporting to the Regional Customer Support Manager this role offers a unique opportunity to support Liebherr Australia in both application of diesel electric and battery electric powered trucks as well as Autonomous Systems during the transitional growth and development of new technology in country.

Training and learning opportunities will be considered for the successful candidate who will also be supported by Liebherr Australia & Liebherr Mining Equipment based in Virgina Newport News.

Skills and Duties

  • Monitoring onsite Liebherr equipment with particular focus on recommending corrective remedies to sustain / improve equipment condition and performance
  • Identify potential risks associated with inventory levels considering equipment age operations factors and maintenance
  • Recommend corrective remedies to sustain or improve equipment condition & performance
  • Assisting with and conducting diagnostics evaluation of equipment failures and product faults while mentoring onsite personnel
  • Inspect plant and equipment for conformity
  • Diagnose and repair OHT Electrical Components including diagnostic analysis on Hydraulic/Electrical systems
  • Perform high level modifications to wiring looms and electrical components as required

Qualifications and Experience

  • Off Highway Truck experience essential (T264 highly desirable)
  • Autonomous haulage systems experience advantageous
  • Certificate III Engineering (Mechanical) Diesel Fitter or Mobile Plant or High Voltage
  • Proven track record of highlevel customer support
  • Customer focused great attention to detail and highlevel problemsolving skills
  • A varied working roster will be required to accommodate the future support demand
  • Current drivers licence (C class minimum)
  • High Risk Licence LF DG EWP and WAH
