Position Description
As a Human Resources Director you will oversee the implementation of a clientfocused People Strategy linked to local business goals partnering with key stakeholders to ensure HR strategies support business and organisation objectives. Some key responsibilities include:
- Facilitate performance leadership and coaching to drive performance and build longterm company success.
- Develop career paths and provide development resources to build the internal talent pipeline and successors.
- Support leaders and employees to Play to Win through driving innovation and reaching goals.
- Manage change by facilitating change management activities within the organisation.
- Facilitate workforce planning and organizational efficiency processes.
- Foster an engaging diverse and inclusive employee environment and culture.
Required Qualifications
To excel in this role you should have:
- A bachelors degree or relevant experience/certification in specialised HR functions.
- 10 years of progressive and relevant HR experience including a strong generalist foundation and handson experience in specialist roles focused on compensation and benefits.
- 5 years in leadership roles.
- Experience working with the Canadian market and guidelines
