Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Katar India. As a key member of our organization you will oversee and enhance our HR functions ensuring that we maintain a productive and positive work environment while adhering to all relevant labor laws and regulations.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage fullcycle recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding
  • Oversee employee relations addressing concerns and resolving conflicts
  • Design and maintain performance management systems
  • Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with department heads to address HRrelated issues and improve workplace culture
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management
  • Develop and conduct training programs for employees and managers
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices implementing innovative solutions when appropriate

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in HR management preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes employee relations and performance management systems
  • Solid understanding and application of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts efficiently and diplomatically
  • Proficiency in data analysis and HR software including HRIS systems
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
  • Collaborative approach with a supportive leadership style
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive matters
