We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Katar India. As a key member of our organization you will oversee and enhance our HR functions ensuring that we maintain a productive and positive work environment while adhering to all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage fullcycle recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding
- Oversee employee relations addressing concerns and resolving conflicts
- Design and maintain performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with department heads to address HRrelated issues and improve workplace culture
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Develop and conduct training programs for employees and managers
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices implementing innovative solutions when appropriate
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in HR management preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes employee relations and performance management systems
- Solid understanding and application of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts efficiently and diplomatically
- Proficiency in data analysis and HR software including HRIS systems
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
- Collaborative approach with a supportive leadership style
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive matters
