Job Description

Responsible for the management of human resources advising the General Manager and all areas of the company in matters of its competence.

  1. Proposes and manages the compensation and benefits policy ensuring internal equity and competitiveness in the labor market.
  2. Directs coordinates and controls the training and development activities of the companys personnel.
  3. Ensures adequate labor relations including relationship and communication with union leaders.
  4. Coordinates and directs the processes of recruitment and selection of personnel required in the organization.
  5. Directs activities related to the welfare and recreation of the staff.
  6. Performs studies of annual income comparing the internal to the market to ensure compliance with the policy of compensation of the company.
  7. Advises the different areas of work in the interpretation and application of contracts or collective agreements labor legislation internal regulations and current rules and procedures related to the administration of personnel.
  8. Prepares the annual training program based on the requirements raised in the Performance Interviews.
  9. Participates facilitating the process of performance evaluation for all the corresponding areas.
  10. Motivates collective and group activities: organization of CSR events company anniversaries Christmas (workers and their families) organization and execution of training and motivational events aimed at reducing accidents.
  11. Channels the needs expressed by the union board.
  12. Participates in the collective bargaining process.
  13. In charge of transportation of administrative workers
  14. Food service administration
  15. Maintenance and administration of Administration facilities and Baking Center
  16. Receives and solves queries and requirements raised by workers.

Specific Objective and/or Challenges

Implement a culture of figures in HR

Implement HR business partner role

Develop HR skills for HR Coordinate

Develop a Succession Plan for Codir Members Head of Laboratory & Quality Assurance Fermentation Operators and Craft Kam.

Upgrade& support multifunctionality in the Plant

Build a strategic relationship with technical school

Support new local regulations as Ley Karin DS44 Comite Bipartito

Manage the Labor Contract and stablish a good relationship with the new Union international environment company

Qualifications :

Education

Bachelors degree in human science Business Administration or related field required

Language

Espanish and English (mandatory)

Experience

In processes related to organizational culture based on values.

In the area of Human Resources managing processes of Organizational Culture Labor Relations Compensation Payroll Variable Payment Training DO Recruitment and Selection. Administration Internal Regulation Agreement. Compliance processes.

Knowledge

Strong skills and techniques of recruitment and selection compensation training administration tools organizational development Internal Labor Regulations. Budget management. External audit processes. Coaching. Change Management.
