Education
Bachelors degree in human science Business Administration or related field required
Language
Espanish and English (mandatory)
Experience
In processes related to organizational culture based on values.
In the area of Human Resources managing processes of Organizational Culture Labor Relations Compensation Payroll Variable Payment Training DO Recruitment and Selection. Administration Internal Regulation Agreement. Compliance processes.
Knowledge
Strong skills and techniques of recruitment and selection compensation training administration tools organizational development Internal Labor Regulations. Budget management. External audit processes. Coaching. Change Management.
