Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales strategy for the Western region focusing on spine and surgical device markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers including surgeons and purchasing departments.
- Identify and develop new distribution channels to expand market presence and sales growth.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to provide insights on market needs and feedback on product performance.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders to showcase our innovative surgical solutions.
- Drive the performance of sales teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor sales performance prepare regular reports and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve sales objectives.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the surgical instruments or surgical products industry. Ideal to have Spine or Ortho experience.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of spine surgery devices and their market dynamics.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Desired Experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with distributors and managing 1099 sales representatives.
- Established network within the orthopedic and surgical community.
- Experience with product launches and sales training programs.
