DaytoDay Responsibilities
- Set up and maintenance of new and existing customers in our systems.
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents and check completed work for accuracy.
- Independent processing of requests from our customers partners and third parties accordingto our SLAs and quality requirements.
- Make changes and additions to clients accounts.
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents and check completed work for accuracy.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Close cooperation with the Sales Department.
Who Are We Looking For

- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills in German and English.
- Fluency in Polish.
- Organizational and conceptual skills and a strong client focus.
- Ability to perform data entry with little or no errors.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong willingness to evolve in a dynamic and growing business and international organization.
