To support its growth Edenred Payment Solutions (EPS) is seeking a Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer and working closely with all EPS teams.
We are seeking a talented and driven Finance Business Partner to join our team. The EPS Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department and the EPS General Manager by providing accurate and timely financial analysis insights and recommendations. Reporting to Prepay Technologies CFO with a dotted lines to EPS General manager and shared service center head of FP&A you will have a crossfunctional role collaborate closely with EPS management team will contribute to the companys strategic decisionmaking process.
What you will be doing:
- Financial Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the planning & forecasting processes for the EPS business and collaborate with EPS General Manager and other business stakeholders to develop maintain and analyze financial monthly rolling forecasts annual budgets and longterm financial plans. Accountable for accuracy and integrity in financial models and reports. You will be actively involved in the Budget and 3 Year Plan presentation packs for the business line.
- Financial Business review & Variance Analysis: Monitor financial performance against budget and forecasted targets. Prepare & present comprehensive variance analysis reports highlighting key drivers of variances and providing insights to improve financial performance. You will be responsible for preparing the EPS financial monthly business review pack for the Group
- Commercial Analysis & Reporting: Perform indepth commercial financial analysis of revenue expenses and profitability drivers to identify trends risks and opportunities. Evaluate financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) write succinct & focused commentaries and ensure reports are accurate timely and provide actionable insights into business performance. You will also support sales and service management teams on pricing model for our customer base and bonus model for our sales team.
- Strategic Decision Support: Assist in evaluating commercial business initiatives by conducting profitability analysis and scenario modeling. Provide decision support to senior management through datadriven recommendations.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments (Operations Sales Marketing etc. to provide financial insights support cost optimization initiatives and drive operational efficiency. Adopt a strong collaborative spirit and ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives. You will be also the key interlocutor of the Edenred Headquarter based in Paris in relation to EPS financials and finance processes.
- Cash: Close cooperation with the treasury manager to build accurate forecast of other revenues (financial interests) and Free Cash Flow. Involvement in Cash collection followup done by account receivable team and clients prefunds followup. In contact with Clients when needed to escalate cash issues.
- Process Improvements and project management: Continuously assess and improve financial planning and analysis processes systems and tools. Utilize automation and data analytics to streamline reporting improve accuracy and enhance overall efficiency. You will be a key contributor to our LIFT finance transformation project as our entity as been selected to be pilot on the implementation of the new performance management tool (including budgeting tool)
What you will bring:
- Qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA (or equivalent) with extensive experience ideally in a Business Partnering / FP&A role
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information and provide actionable recommendations.
- Proficient in financial modelling forecasting and analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with financial management platforms (e.g. ERP systems data visualization & planning tools) and project management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders.
- Detailoriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
