Job Description

AppsFlyer is looking for a selfmotivated highly organized Workplace Coordinator to help keep our office operations seamless and efficient. In this role youll manage daily logistics prioritize tasks with ease and proactively support our teams in various ways from managing our external vendors to employee experience initiatives! Your ability to stay one step ahead and create a positive productive environment will make a real impact on the office experience.

What youll do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for officerelated needs
  • Manage various vendor relationships such as janitorial building management plant maintenance kitchen supplies catering and more
  • Maintain office facilities and partnered with building management when necessary for maintenance and repairs
  • Maintain an organized office environment in regard to seating supplies conference rooms and common areas
  • Partner with IT to ensure equipment is properly functioning; Zoom rooms conference room booking etc
  • Plan team activities onsite and offsite; team bonding holiday parties volunteering opportunities and more
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Support new hire onboarding logistics; set up new hires desks and building badges etc

What you have:

  • 2 years of experience in office administrative or support role preferably in the tech industry
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Google Workspace Zoom Slack Asana)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organization skills
  • A proactive cando attitude with a focus on service
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment

For our NYbased candidates this is a fulltime position with an hourly rate of $31.00/hr and will include an annual performance bonus. The offer may vary on many factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills experience interview results references etc.
