About the Role
Our team is seeking a Product Implementation Specialist to oversee and drive the successful deployment and adoption of Tax Automate our marketleading tax reporting and compliance solution.
Youll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Relevant experience in a product implementation or similar role ideally within a software development environment working as a team to achieve key business outcomes.
Demonstrated strong technical skills with the ability to understand and configure software solutions. Experience with tax compliance or accounting software is highly desirable.
A knowledge and understanding of fundamental financial accounting principles (or be willing to learn) and ideally had exposure to financial statements.
A strong client focus with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Excellent problemsolving abilities enabling quick identification and resolution of issues to ensure smooth implementation processes and high client satisfaction.
In our Tax Reporting & Innovation team your impact will be seen by:
Working closely with new clients to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth onboarding process. This includes documentation of business requirements initial setup configuration and comprehensive training.
Managing the endtoend implementation process for Tax Automate ensuring that all clientspecific configurations and customisations are completed on time and to a high standard with minimal disruption to their operations
Identifying opportunities for improving the implementation process and work with the relevant teams to implement these improvements.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients acting as the primary point of contact for all implementationrelated matters and addressing any issues or questions that arise.
