Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with project and business owners to align change management strategies with project goals and objectives.
- Analyze and document the impact of changes on endusers identifying key areas for support and intervention.
- Design and implement comprehensive training and communication plans to facilitate smooth transitions and promote user adoption.
- Implement systematic change management approaches and facilitate initiatives across various projects.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative change management plans flight plans and presentations.
- Monitor project delivery and progress adjusting plans to meet project timelines.
