The Job Change Coordinator will have an impact on job change efficiency plant revenue machine downtime and the overall plant budget.
The Job Change Coordinator will:
- Manage and improve the job change efficiency and process to increase plant revenue.
- Recommend and implement initiatives that will improve productivity and quality.
- Establish training programs and effective job change meeting structure.
- Optimize scheduling of preventative maintenance during job changes to maximize production.
- Perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues and problems.
- Communicate metrics and goals to the plant teams.
The Job Change Coordinator should have:
- Ability to lead efforts to improve safety during job change activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with particular attention to detail
- Experience in a lean manufacturing environment and using Lean Six Sigma tools.
- Strong background in process improvement and project management
- Ability and comfort providing training to all levels within an organization
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years experience project management and/or process improvement experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new systems and programs
- Experience writing standard operating procedures and creating standard working documents
- Previous experience with production planning is preferred
- Previous glass container manufacturing experience is preferred particularly glass forming experience

Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $87000 and $120000 and includes a possible 12% short term incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
