In this onsite role youll be a strategic advisor and trusted partner to employees and managers driving HR initiatives that align with business goals and elevate the employee experience. While youll focus on supporting our Plano location you will also provide HR support across our broader organization. As an HRBP youll play a key role in talent management employee relations organizational development and change management. Youll collaborate closely with HR leadership to implement people strategies that strengthen culture improve performance and enable growth across multiple teams and regions Responsibilities - Global HR Support:Provide comprehensive daytoday HR support for the organization managing HR activities across multiple locations and aligning with global HR policies and processes.
- Onboarding & Offboarding:Drive consistent highquality onboarding and offboarding experiences ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with our culture and values.
- Contractor Management: Own the endtoend process for contractor tracking and contract management. Ensure accurate records timely renewals and alignment with legal and compliance standards.
- Leave of Absence Management: Own and manage the leave of absence process from end to end including tracking employee communication documentation and coordination with payroll and benefits
- Employee Relations:Investigate employee concerns resolve issues and provide recommendations that align with company policies legal requirements and best practices.
- Leadership Coaching:Guide and coach managers especially those leading hourly employee populations on leadership effectiveness employee engagement and team development.
- HR Best Practices & Process Improvement:Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures ensuring continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.
- HR Reporting & Analytics:Maintain accurate HR records track HR metrics and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR service delivery and employee experience. Pull data from multiple sources to build robust reports.
- Project Management:Contribute to HRrelated projects and system enhancements ensuring alignment with HR objectives and business needs.
Skills and Requirements - Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 4 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws HR compliance and best practices.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with HR systems (e.g. UKG Deel) and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Office).
