We are seeking an experienced C4C Functional Lead to support Digital Delivery Projects and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Youll lead solution design workshops configure SAP C4C support testing and deployment and collaborate with stakeholders and integration partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP C4C solution design build and deployment.
- Configure integrations with SAP and external applications.
- Develop functional specifications for customizations.
- Facilitate solution workshops with stakeholders.
- Work with multivendor teams using Agile methodologies.
What Youll Bring:
- 10 years of SAP consulting experience in SAP C4C (SAP CRM knowledge preferred).
- Experience with at least 2 fullcycle SAP project implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP BTP services for C4C integration.
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and commercial acumen.
