Job Summary:
As a Coordinator Database you will support the marketing databases overall success including maintenance and direct mail operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Foster an environment that embodies Ballys Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a funfilled entertaining atmosphere
- Enthusiastically promote Ballys customercentric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building longlasting guest relations
- Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements Company initiatives and organizational goals
- Implement develop and maintain the playertracking database
- Conduct database analysis at the direction of the management team
- Send weekly or monthly directmail updates to local printing companies
- Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary SelfExclusion Program
- Responsible for the timely creative and equitable resolution of internal and external inquiries and complaints
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must know and comply with requirements of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act as pertains to Credit/Player Services transactions
- Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be knowledgeable with casino computer systems
- Highlevel public relations and customer service skills are required
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required
- Must have a working knowledge of table games and slot machines
- Must be able to work weekends weeknights and holidays

Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to see talk hear walk and stand
- Frequently required to use hands to handle feel and reach
- Occasionally required to sit or stoop
- Occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds
Work Environment:
The work environment is fastpaced and contains bright lights loud noise and stressful situations.
