Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented full-time Service Coordiantor to join our team. If you are passionate about cars have amazing organising skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment this role is perfect for you.
In this position you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our VIC Re-Conditioning Hub operations run smoothly with your timely and efficient work flow coordination. Your eagerness to learn positive attitude willingness to work in a team and strong organisational skills will be essential to your success in this role.
- Receipt cars into stock and label keys
- Request quotes and ETAs from external providers
- Raising repair orders and purchase orders
- Coordinate workflow with external providers
- Entering purchase receipts
- Book freight as required
- Keeping accurate records of vehicle locations & quotes
Qualifications :
You will have proven abilities in the following:
- Willingness to learn and grow
- A can-do attitude
- Self-motivated and well-organised
- High attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of cars and their components
