Were on the lookout for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team permanently at our Brakes depot (part of Sysco GB) located in Warrington. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and enjoy a role with plenty of variety this is the perfect opportunity to grow and develop within a compliance-driven setting.
As the go-to person for our transport colleagues youll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. From scheduling MOTs services and inspections to ensuring our compliance software (Convey) is up to date in line with Earned Recognition KPIs youll be at the heart of fleet operations. Youll also liaise with service providers tackle vehicle issues challenge VORs (Vehicle Off Road) and costs and manage purchase orders through SAP. On top of that youll build strong relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers ensuring seamless communication and ongoing support for our transport operations.
Were looking for someone with experience in fleet compliance or transport alongside solid IT skills with a confidence for picking up new systems (already being familiar with SAP or Convey would be of an advantage). Being organised detail-focused and proactive is key as is the ability to communicate effectively and build great working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Above all you will be someone who is customer-focused professional and eager to learn.
