Job Description

As a parttime R&R Specialist youll work up to 27 hours per week.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Oversees recovery suite areas both complimentary and paid services; interacts with participants and monitors equipment and participant safety.
Provides direct program services in a variety of areas (e.g. cryotherapy treatment hydrotherapy compression red light etc..
May assist with marketing and communication
Assists with Whole Health programming
Other duties as needed/assigned
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma and 1 years experience in the health and wellness field.
Demonstrated commitment to a healthrelated field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
1 years related industry experience.
CPR First Aid and AED certification through the American Heart Association Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others.
Competency in the delivery of HealthFitness and sitespecific programs and services.
Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word Excel and Outlook; and working knowledge of the member management system databases and other software.
Preferred
Experience in massage therapy recovery stretching etc.
