SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Tankerton CT5
Salary: OTE 27k
Position: Full Time
Our client is looking for a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join their established successful independent Estate Agency based in the Tankerton area.
The ideal candidate should have some experience as a Sales Negotiator be wellpresented wellspoken articulate and have a genuine interest in becoming or progressing their career as an Estate agent.
A local candidate with their own car and good local knowledge would be ideal!

Skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Previous experience as Sales Negotiator
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of the Tankerton area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
