Become a Clatsop Cares Foundation Board President
Are you someone that would like to be a major contributor to your community in the health care industry Clatsop Cares Foundation is seeking an individual with a strong leadership and management background to be our Board President. This is a key position on our board to oversee and provide the strategic direction and strong leadership supporting our Foundations role within the community. Clatsop Cares Foundation was formed to be the 501(c)3 NonProfit arm of Clatsop Care Center Health District. The Foundations role is to provide support for the district through fundraising events endowments trusts grant development scholarships community education and staff development programs.
Clatsop Cares Foundations mission is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of our senior community through philanthropic support education and research. Its vision is to create a healthier future for all members of the local senior community emphasizing access to highquality healthcare housing options and addressing health disparities.

- Four to six hours each month depending on your role on the board.
- One monthly board meeting which generally lasts one to two hours.
- Executive management and leadership experience
- Resident within the Clatsop Care Health District
- Nonprofit 5013(c) and/or foundation experience desired
